Biddle (1886-1968) was U.S. Attorney General under Franklin D. Roosevelt, and a member of the International Military Tribunal at Nuremberg. Bulk of collection consists of trial documents: notes and minutes, indictments, 11 volumes of evidence notes, defense documents, about 50 volumes of trial proceedings, memoranda, appeals, and material on Katyn Forest Massacre. Also includes published material on aspects of international law as related to the trial.
