The Lillian B. Gilkes Papers comprises the correspondence, writings, research notes, and memorabilia of the American author, educator, and biographer of Cora Crane (b. 1902). Manuscript, a literary periodical edited by Flola Shepard, Mary Lawhead, and John Rood, was published 1934-1936. Collection contains mostly incoming letters, also a few manuscript submissions, a complete run of the periodical, and miscellany.
